Working Principles
Unwinding System
Adopts a dual-station unwinding mechanism equipped with a tension control system.
Features a photoelectric edge alignment device, enabling lateral deviation control within ±0.5mm.
Folding Mechanism
Composed of vacuum adsorption roller assemblies that generate negative pressure via the Bernoulli effect to adhere paper surfaces.
Employs a swing-arm folding mechanism driven by a servo motor, synchronized with a linear encoder to precisely control folding angles.
Cross-cutting Unit
Equipped with dual servo-driven rotary die-cutting knife set.
Utilizes adjustable scissor-type arc blades, ensuring clean cuts and extended wear resistance.
Stacking Unit
Combines pneumatic actuators with vacuum suction cup arrays to achieve stable stacking at 1,000-1,200 sheets/minute.
