Machine Work?
- Operation
The facial tissue cutting machine has now developed into an intelligent and modular stage, which can realize intelligent control, multi-specification adaptation and environmentally friendly production. Its core work process can be divided into four stages: feeding, cutting, waste treatment and discharging.

Working Principles
Feeding
The servo motor drives the synchronous belt to ensure that the raw material enters the cutting area with constant tension.
Combined with PLC programming, the conveying speed and cutting length are automatically adjusted to eliminate cumulative errors.
Cutting
Adopting a φ610mm large-diameter rotary knife, high-speed cutting (320 cuts/min) is achieved through servo drive.
Ensure that the cutting action is strictly synchronized with the conveying speed to avoid paper squeezing or tearing.
Waste disposal
Push the head and tail waste into the waste hopper to avoid entering the subsequent packaging link.
The inclined design of the waste hopper is combined with pneumatic brakes to prevent waste accumulation or splashing.
Discharging
The cut tissues are transported to the packaging machine for packaging via the discharging conveyor belt.

We're a manufacturer.
The cutting machine currently has two models, corresponding to processing two different products: facial tissue drawn from the surface and hanging tissue drawn from the bottom. Just choose the type of product you want to manufacture.
The main difference is the direction of feeding. Facial tissue is fed forward, while hanging tissue are fed sideways after being turned over. You can refer to the comparison video above.
The machine is equipped with a dust blowing device to avoid contamination by impurities. And there is a linoleum cloth next to the knife. When the knife rotates, the cloth can take away the impurities.
