From mechanical transmission to servo control, from low speed to high speed, Mingyang’s facial tissue packing machine has now developed to the stage of intelligence and modularization, which can realize intelligent control, multi-specification adaptation and environmentally friendly production. Its core workflow can be divided into four stages: film feeding, slitting, packaging and sealing, and finished product output.

Working Principles
Film Feeding
Adopts a dual-station unwinding mechanism equipped with a tension control system.
Film Cutting
Employs a swing-arm folding mechanism driven by a servo motor, synchronized with a linear encoder to precisely control folding angles.
Packing
Film wrapping is completed through a turntable mechanism driven by multiple servo motors.
End sealing and side sealing are completed simultaneously, and the sealing temperature is independently controlled to adapt to different film materials.
Product Output
Achieve high-speed finished product output of 160-180 packages per minute.
The back end can be connected to the middle packing machine or carton packing line to form a fully automated production line.
